1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Sentinel Trust Network platform ("Service") provided by SentinelID ("we", "us", "our"). By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Pre-Order Terms
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- The product is currently in development and will be delivered upon launch.
- You will receive email updates regarding development progress and expected delivery timeline.
- Access to the platform will be provisioned upon product launch and includes your first year of service.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Refund Policy
Pre-orders may be refunded in full at any time before the product launches. After launch and access provisioning, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of access being granted.
5. Service Description
The Sentinel Trust Network provides device trust, ban management, and reputation scoring APIs for gaming platforms. The Service includes:
- REST API access with authentication
- Publisher dashboard with team management
- Technical documentation and integration support
- Priority onboarding assistance for pre-order customers
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of SentinelID. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Service, not ownership of any intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentinelID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to pre-order customers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
